They gave me a phone number which is of no use Because you cannot talk to a real person, then they gave me a website /freeze. Now SBA wants my credit report from Experian. Because of the Internet breach I was instructed to freeze my credit report so I did that a year ago. I am applying for an SBA disaster relief loan. This is ridiculous!!! Why is it so hard to get a live person these days, anywhere? They could have put that form on the website to download and print and send in!!! I have tried 3 different numbers and I CAN NOT get past the automated attendant who keep prompting me to select choices I DO NOT NEED and was unable to get me to a live Agent. I sent original paperwork and Death Certificates and I received a single piece of paper back asking me for the same information as well as telling me that if I sent any documentation I would need to send it again! WHAT!!!!! Do they think that these copies are free? I also paid to have the letter tracked and USPS did not update the site to track it so I spent extra money and sent original documents for no reason only to be sent a single page form with the same information I had already provided. I sent all of the requested information along with my phone number so that they could call me if there was a question or they needed to get more information from me. I followed all of Experian’s steps on the above website to request a copy of Credit Reports so that I can get a Death Alert posted on their account for a relative and inquire about steps for one with a slight issue.
